Your hall's bookings and hisab kitab, in Urdu, on your phone.

Most halls keep the bookings in one register, the hisab in another, and the rest on the manager's phone. This puts all of it in one place: a calendar that looks like your register, every advance and balance, every rupee in and out, staff salaries and stock, in Urdu and English. It comes with the website families see, and when a family asks about a date there, the request lands in the same system.

Who it is for: Marriage halls, banquets and marquees: one hall or several portions, lunch and dinner shifts, a manager and an accountant.

What it does

• A calendar laid out like your register. Every date shows each hall or portion with a box for each shift, the family's name written in: blue when the booking is confirmed, gold while the date is on hold.
• Bookings with the whole bill: guests × rate per head, hall rent, stage and extras, discount. It warns you before the same hall and shift is booked twice.
• Every advance and payment with a receipt number. What each family still owes is worked out from what they paid, never typed by hand.
• Hisab kitab: a daily roznamcha for cash, bank, JazzCash and Easypaisa, money in and money out by kind, and what each supplier (caterer, decorator, lights, generator) is still owed.
• Staff: daily attendance, the monthly salary sheet, advances taken back from salary, and salary slips.
• Stock: chairs, crockery and linen — how many you have, how many broke or went missing.
• Paper when you need it: booking slips and receipts with the amount in words, in lakh and crore, and WhatsApp messages to the family in one tap.
• Reports: what came in, what went out and what was left, month by month, and how full each hall was.

Who sees what

• Separate logins for the owner, the manager and the accountant. A manager takes bookings and payments but never sees profit or salaries.
• Every change is recorded: who changed what, and when. A removed entry keeps its copy.
• A copy of everything is made every night, and you can download all of it, or an Excel sheet of any section, whenever you like.
• It works on any phone or computer, with nothing to install. If the internet drops, entries wait on the phone and save when it comes back.

How it works

1. Send your hall's name on WhatsApp.
2. Your website is built from your Google listing and your own photos, and the system is set up with your halls, shifts and menus.
3. You try both, with example entries, before you pay anything.
4. The examples are cleared, your staff get their logins, and you start.

Common questions

Is it in Urdu?

Yes. Every button is a word, never an icon, in Urdu with English under it — or Urdu only, or English only, from a switch at the top. Numbers stay in normal digits.

Do we need a computer?

No. It runs on the phone your manager already has, and on any computer with a browser.

What does it cost?

It comes with the hall's website, at the prices in the table above. You get your exact figure in writing before anything starts.

Can two people use it at the same time?

Yes. Everyone has their own login. If two people change the same entry at the same moment, the second is told, and nothing is overwritten.

Whose data is it?

Yours. Download everything as one file, or any section as an Excel sheet, whenever you like; if you stop, it is sent to you.
