Questions restaurants ask

Does this replace Foodpanda?

No. Keep Foodpanda if it brings you orders. The site is for people who already know you, from Google Maps, a friend or your signboard, so they can order from you directly and you keep the whole bill.

Can customers pay online?

Not through the site. The order arrives on WhatsApp and you take payment the way you do now: cash on delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa or a transfer.

My prices change often. Who updates them?

You do, from your phone, and the site shows the new price straight away. Or send it on WhatsApp and it is done for you; changes are included in the monthly.

Do I need a photo of every dish?

No. Dishes without a photo show a plain band. Send photographs whenever you have them and they go up.

How long does it take?

You normally see a working site within a few days of sending your menu and photographs.

Send your restaurant's name

Your Google listing gets looked at, and you are told which row you are in and what it costs, in writing, before you decide anything.
