Guide · Prices
How much does a website cost in Pakistan in 2026?
Ask five developers and you will hear five prices, from a few thousand rupees to several lakh. Most of the difference is not the website itself. It is what happens after it goes live, and who pays for it. This is how the money actually works, so you can compare quotes properly.
What you will usually be quoted
- A simple business site, a few pages (home, services, about, contact): price guides published by Pakistani agencies put this at roughly Rs 20,000 to Rs 60,000 to build.
- A bigger site, with more pages, a menu or a booking form: often Rs 30,000 to Rs 100,000.
- An online shop with a checkout: commonly Rs 75,000 and up.
- Software made from scratch for your business: several lakh.
Those are build prices only. The yearly costs come on top.
The costs that come every year
- The domain, your address on the internet. A .pk name costs Rs 2,100 a year from PKNIC, paid two years at a time, and a little more through resellers. Make sure it is registered in your name.
- Hosting, where the site lives. Cheap first-year offers often renew at a much higher price, so ask for the renewal price, not the offer.
- Changes. New prices, a new menu, Eid timings. Many developers charge for every change, or take days to make it. A site nobody updates starts costing you customers.
- The padlock (SSL). Free certificates are standard now. You should not be charged extra for it.
One-time or monthly: compare two years, not the first bill
A one-time price looks cheaper, until you add up the first two years. For example: Rs 40,000 to build, Rs 10,000 a year for domain and hosting, and one Rs 1,500 change a month comes to Rs 96,000 over two years. A monthly price that already includes hosting and changes can come out the same or less, and the site stays up to date because a change costs nothing extra. Whichever you pick, compare the two-year total.
Seven questions to ask before you pay anyone
- Whose name is the domain in? It should be yours. If it is in the developer's name, you do not own your address.
- What does hosting cost next year? The renewal price, not this year's offer.
- What does a change cost, and how fast is it done?
- Can I see the working site before I pay in full?
- Will it be in Urdu as well as English? Properly written, not machine-translated.
- Where do enquiries go? For most businesses here, the answer should be WhatsApp.
- What happens if I stop? You should get your text and photos back.
What Sitey charges
Every price is on the page. Hosting, your own address at yourname.sitey.pk and as many small changes as you send on WhatsApp are included in the monthly price, there is no contract, and you see the working site before you pay.
- Small shop (A salon, clinic, boutique, gym or small kitchen. A few services, no long catalogue): Rs 5,000 to build, then Rs 2,500 a month.
- Restaurant or shop (A menu or price list up to roughly forty items, one or two branches): from Rs 10,000 to build, then Rs 4,000 a month.
- Large (A hundred or more items, size-tiered prices, several branches — or a marquee, caterer or event business where one booking is worth a lot): from Rs 20,000 to build, then Rs 8,000 a month.
- Wedding venue / multi-branch (A wedding venue or a business trading from several addresses in a major city): from Rs 30,000 to build, then Rs 15,000 a month.
Everything, including the plans with the Google listing done for you, is on the pricing page.
