Booking system

Or the whole hall on one screen.

Some businesses need more than a page. A marquee, a hall or a farmhouse can run its bookings, its money and its people on a system of its own — and the families booking it get an app too.

• Bookings on a calendarEvery function on a month view, colour-coded, with a clash check before you promise a date.
• Advances and balancesWhat came in, what is still owed, and who to remind — overdue in red.
• Past eventsEvery function you have held, searchable, with what each one earned.
• StaffWho works here now, who used to, today’s attendance, and the wage bill.
• Stock and menuChairs, crockery and linen counted; packages and dishes priced.
• ReportsRevenue by month, by event, by hall, and which night of the week fills up.
• On the phoneOne app for the office, one for the families — free dates, their menu, their balance.
• English or UrduEvery screen, and a “?” on each figure that explains it in both.

A working demo. Every booking, name and rupee inside it is invented.
