LetterheadThe correct format
To (the person, their post and the place), Subject, Respected Sir, the request in short paragraphs, a closing such as Yours obediently, then your name, class or post, and the date. The tool keeps this order for you.
School or office?
Students write "Yours obediently" to a principal; employees write "Yours sincerely" to a manager. The school and office types already use the right one.

Is the application maker free?
Yes. Every type, design and file is free, with no account and no sign-up.
What is the correct format of an application?
To, Subject, a salutation (Respected Sir), the request in two or three short paragraphs, a closing (Yours obediently or Yours sincerely), your name and details, and the date.
Can I write the application in Urdu?
Yes. Choose Urdu under Language and the whole application switches to Urdu wording in Nastaliq, right to left.
Which file should I print?
The PDF. It is an exact A4 (or Letter or Legal) page with sharp text.
Is my application sent to anyone?
No. It is made on your own phone or computer, and nothing you type is uploaded. Print it or send it yourself.
Can I remove the sitey.pk line at the bottom?
Yes, for free: open "More options" under Download and switch it off.
