What the website does

• 18 courses in three areas: occupational safety and health, computers and IT, and English.
• Every branch with its address, hours, Google stars and its own WhatsApp.
• A certificate check: anyone can type a certificate number and see whether it is real.
• An online admission form that reaches the office the moment it is sent.
• An assistant that answers questions about courses, branches and admission from the institute’s own content, in English, Urdu or Arabic, and hands over to the branch’s WhatsApp when it does not know.
• English and Arabic, with every page in both.

What the management system does

• Applications become learners and enrollments in one step, each with its own number.
• Batches, certificates and confirmation messages.
• The owner, the office and each branch get their own login, and a branch sees only its own records.
• Every page of the website is edited from the same system: courses, branches, staff, FAQ and photographs.
• Every change is logged, and the data is backed up every night.
