Zero tracking cookies

• Your website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts.
• Visits are counted without cookies: a visitor is counted using a privacy-preserving one-way daily hash of IP address, browser and the day. This cannot be reversed to identify an individual person, and visits cannot be joined or tracked across days.
• We only record which pages were opened and whether someone tapped WhatsApp, call or directions. That exists solely so you can see whether your site is bringing real enquiries and business.

WhatsApp and customer privacy

• When a customer taps WhatsApp on your site to place an order, make a reservation or ask a question, they communicate directly with you.
• The entire chat happens inside WhatsApp, protected by WhatsApp's own direct end-to-end encryption.
• Sitey never intercepts, reads, stores, or accesses your customer conversations or messages.

30-day backup policy

• Your menu, prices and text are backed up every night, and each backup copy is kept for 30 days in secure storage separate from the site itself.
• If anything is accidentally deleted or changed, tell us on WhatsApp and it comes back from the previous night's backup copy.
• Your photographs and media assets are stored apart from the site code, so updating or rearranging pages never deletes them.

100% client data ownership

• You retain 100% data ownership of your business name, menus, price lists, photographs, branding, and text.
• Your content and details are used solely to build and host your website, and for nothing else.
• Your data is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties, and is never used to train artificial intelligence models or algorithms.

Data export upon request

• You can request a full data export upon request at any time, not only if you leave.
• Ask on WhatsApp or email, and within seven days you receive a single zip file containing: every photograph at full size as you supplied it; your menu, prices and text as a spreadsheet and as JSON; and a plain HTML copy of the site — the pages, stylesheet and images, which open in any browser from a folder and can be hosted anywhere by any developer.
