Terms
How working together actually works.
Plain terms for a small business buying a small website. This describes what is actually done, not a template downloaded from somewhere else.

Who you are dealing with
Sitey is a one-person web design service run from Islamabad by Afaq Rashid. It is not a registered company. Everything is agreed and delivered over WhatsApp on 0334 1415240.
What is agreed before anything starts
- You get one price, in writing on WhatsApp, before work begins — the setup and the monthly, both.
- You see the real, working site before you pay for it — not a picture of one.
- If you do not want it, you do not pay and it is never published. There is no fee for having looked.
What you are paying monthly for
- Hosting, the address, and the site staying online.
- Small changes handed over — prices, photographs, hours, new items — without a separate bill each time.
- On the Google plan: posts, review replies, photographs, opening hours, and a monthly report of Google's own figures for your listing.
- The monthly is not a loan repayment on the build. Stop it and you stop the service, not a debt.
If you stop paying
- Nothing is held hostage. Ask and you get, within a week, a single zip file containing: every photograph at full size as you sent it; your menu, prices and text as a spreadsheet and as JSON; and a plain HTML copy of the site — the pages, the stylesheet and the images, which open in a browser from a folder and can be put on any hosting by any developer. It is not the Next.js source, and it does not include the admin.
- The site is taken offline rather than left up out of date. A stale site with last year's prices does a business more harm than no site.
- If you own your .pk domain it stays yours and points wherever you say next. A free yourname.sitey.pk address does not travel — it is part of a domain owned by Sitey.
- Come back later and the site can be put back up. Nothing is deleted for at least ninety days.
- If Sitey ever stops operating, you get your content and a plain copy of your site, and reasonable notice. That is the promise a one-person business can honestly make.
If Sitey manages your Google listing
- You add Sitey as a manager on your own Google Business Profile. You stay the owner and you can remove that access yourself, at any moment, without asking.
- Posts, replies and photographs are published in your name. Nothing is invented: no fake reviews, no offers you did not agree to, no photographs that are not yours.
- Anything sensitive — replying to an angry review, changing your hours permanently — is checked with you first.
Your content stays yours
- Your photographs, your menu, your prices and your business name remain yours entirely.
- They are used to build and run your site, and for nothing else. They are not sold, shared, or used to train anything.
- Your site may be shown as an example of work. If you would rather it were not, say so and it is removed.
The address your site lives at
- A yourname.sitey.pk address is provided at no cost. That subdomain is part of a domain owned by Sitey, not by you — if you stop working with Sitey, the address stops working.
- If you want an address you own outright, register your own .pk domain. It is registered in your name, you pay the registrar directly, and it stays yours whatever happens next. For any business planning to print the address, this is the better answer.
Changes, and how quickly
- Prices, items and photographs you can change yourself from your phone, as often as you like.
- Changes you hand over are usually done the same day. That is what normally happens, not a guaranteed response time — one person cannot honestly promise a 24-hour SLA.
Backups, and if something goes wrong
- Your menu, prices and text are copied every night, and each copy is kept for thirty days, somewhere separate from the site itself.
- If something is deleted by mistake, say so and it comes back from the previous night's copy.
- Your photographs are stored apart from the site, so changing or removing a page never deletes them.
- A complete copy of everything can be exported and sent to you at any time, not only when you leave. Ask.
- The site runs on Cloudflare's network and Supabase. Both are dependable, neither is owned by Sitey, and neither can be promised to never have an outage.
- If your site breaks, message on WhatsApp and it gets fixed. There is no charge for fixing something that was delivered broken.
- Sitey's liability is limited to what you paid for the site. It is a small website, not insurance for your business.
Leaving
- You can stop at any time. There is no contract term, no notice period and no cancellation fee.
- Tell us on WhatsApp; the current month is the last one you pay for.
- What happens to your site, your content and your address is set out under If you stop paying above.
Privacy
- Your site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers.
- Visits are counted without cookies: a visitor is a one-way hash of IP address, browser and the day, which cannot be traced back to a person or joined across days.
- What is recorded is which pages were opened and whether someone tapped WhatsApp, call or directions. That exists so you can see whether the site is bringing you work.
- When a customer taps WhatsApp, the conversation is between them and you. Sitey does not see it.
Anything here you want changed?
These are terms for a small business, written to be read. If something does not suit how you work, say so and it can be agreed differently in writing.
