A kitchen by a window, a karahi on the stove. The heat goes up and the chicken drops into the pan, then chilli, butter, cream and coriander, one button each. The pan is tossed: “Up. Over. Back in the pan.”
A short time-lapse while it cooks to 100%. “Looks ready. Serve it while it's hot.” Serve, and the karahi is plated: “Dinner is served.”
