- Your school and bankSchool name and logo, the bank and branch, and the account title and number.
- The studentName, father’s name, class and roll number, the month, the due date and a challan number.
- The feesOne head per line: head | amount. The total is added up for you.
- Print and cutDownload the PDF, print it on A4 or legal paper in landscape, and cut along the dashed lines.

A challan per student
Change the name, roll number and challan number, download, and go to the next; the school and bank details stay filled in.
Urdu challans
Type in Urdu and each copy turns right to left, with the bank copy on the right.

Is the fee challan maker free?
Yes. Every design, size and file is free, with no account.
What paper size should I use?
A4 or legal, in landscape. Legal (8.5 × 14 in) gives each copy more room.
Is the total added up?
Yes. Type each fee as head | amount; the total and the payable amount are worked out.
Can I add a late fee?
Yes. Write the rule, like "After the due date, Rs 50 per day"; it prints in red under the total.
Is it connected to a bank?
No. It is a printed form: the bank stamps it when the fee is paid, and each side keeps its copy.
