What to write
Who it is for (the name of the deceased, “for the forgiveness of”), which day it is (soyem, daswan or chehlum), the time, the place and the family’s name. Add a number if people may need directions.
For WhatsApp or print
Pick WhatsApp Status to send it to family groups, or A5 or A4 to print and hand out at the masjid.
Wording you can copy
Quran Khwani for the forgiveness of the late Haji Muhammad Aslam. Chehlum: Sunday, 11 October, 10:00 am, at our residence, House 12, Street 4, G-9/2, Islamabad. The bereaved family.
The soyem (qul) of our beloved mother, the late Zubaida Begum, will be held on Thursday after Asr at Jamia Masjid, Street 3. All are requested to attend and pray for her.

Is the Quran Khwani card maker free?
Yes. Every design, size and file is free, with no account.
Can I make it in Urdu?
Yes. Type in Urdu and the card is set in Nastaliq, with “برائے ایصالِ ثواب” as it is usually written.
Does it work for a soyem, daswan or chehlum?
Yes. Write the occasion in the points (soyem or qul, daswan, chehlum), and change the headline if you want, for example to “Majlis-e-Aza”.
Can I send it on WhatsApp?
Yes. Choose WhatsApp Status or square and download a picture to share in family groups.
Is my card uploaded?
No. It is made on your own phone or computer; nothing you type is sent to us. The one exception is the AI assistant: a message you type to it is sent to Sitey, so that it can fill the boxes for you.
