- Your shopThe shop name, a title such as RATE LIST, and a date or one line like "Today’s rates".
- Type the ratesOne per line: item | rate, like "Mutton | 2,400". Add a third part for the unit, like "Eggs | 330 | per dozen", or set one unit for every line. Start a line with # for a heading.
- Pick a designA bold shop board, a clean table that prints on any printer, or a fresh market style with each rate in a pill.
- Print or sendAn A4 or A3 PDF for the wall, an A4 landscape sheet, or a WhatsApp Status or square picture for customers.

Is the rate list maker free?
Yes. Every design, size and file is free, with no account.
How do I type the rates?
One item per line: name | rate, like "Chicken meat | 720". A line like "Medium prawn 1400" works too: the last number becomes the rate. Start a line with # for a heading, like "# Chicken".
Can each item have its own unit?
Yes. Add it as a third part, like "Eggs | 330 | per dozen". Lines without one use the unit you set for every line, such as "per kg".
What size should I print?
A4 for the counter, A3 for the wall (laminate it so it lasts), and WhatsApp Status to send to customers.
Is a rate list different from price tags?
Yes. A rate list is one sheet with every item and its rate. Price tags are small tags, one per item, for shelves: use the price tag maker for those.
Do you print the rate list?
No. Download the PDF and print it on any printer or at a print shop.
